Faytuks Network started the way a lot of modern news organizations do: with one account, a sharp eye for what mattered, and a community that kept growing faster than anyone expected.

Founded in 2023, what began as Faytuks on X quickly turned into something bigger. First came the audience. Then came the Discord, where people gathered not just to react to the news, but to track it, question it, verify it and make sense of it together in real time. From there, Faytuks Network grew into a broader news and intelligence network, eventually launching a dedicated website to give that work a permanent home.

That journey says a lot about who we are.

Faytuks Network was built differently from a traditional newsroom. Our newsroom combines editors, contributors and open-source intelligence analysts working across breaking news, conflict monitoring, geopolitics and major events around the world. It is designed around the speed of the internet and the reality that major stories now develop across dozens of sources and platforms at once.

Open-source intelligence, or OSINT, is a major part of that work. Our team monitors publicly available information ranging from official statements and local reporting to satellite imagery, flight and maritime tracking, geolocated imagery, social media and other open sources. That information helps us identify emerging developments, verify claims and add context to stories as they unfold.

OSINT does not replace journalism. It strengthens it. Information gathered from open sources is evaluated alongside traditional reporting, primary sources and other available evidence. Particularly during fast-moving events, we try to clearly distinguish between what has been confirmed, what we can independently verify and what remains uncertain.

Today, Faytuks Network operates across three closely connected spaces. On X, we move quickly to surface major developments as they happen. In Discord, our community and intelligence teams monitor events, share sources, test assumptions and follow developing stories in real time. On the website, that fast-moving information becomes something more lasting: original reporting, analysis, OSINT-driven coverage and context readers can return to after the first alert has passed.

That structure also gives our newsroom something we think is increasingly important: the ability to follow a story from its earliest signals through verification, reporting and longer-term analysis. Sometimes that means identifying an emerging development before it reaches the broader news cycle. Other times it means slowing down, examining the available evidence and explaining what is actually known after conflicting claims begin circulating.

At our core, we are built around open-source reporting, responsible verification and clarity. We care about being early, but we care just as much about being accurate and transparent about what is known, what is still developing and what may change. In an information environment flooded with rumors, recycled footage, screenshots and half-formed narratives, we believe trust is earned by showing our work, acknowledging uncertainty and correcting the record when necessary.

Faytuks Network continues to grow across new platforms, formats and areas of coverage. As the network expands, so does our ability to provide faster reporting, deeper analysis and better tools for understanding major events around the world.

We are independently supported through revenue generated from our presence on X, advertising on Faytuks Network properties and direct support from readers through Patreon. That support helps fund our newsroom, technology, infrastructure and continued investment in the tools and resources used by our editorial and intelligence teams.

More than anything, Faytuks Network is a product of the people who helped build it. It is a newsroom, an intelligence community and a network of people who believe there is value in paying close attention to the world and doing the work required to understand it.

What began with a single account in 2023 has become something much larger. We are still building it.
