Privacy Policy

Updated: April 13, 2026

Faytuks Network (“Faytuks Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an international OSINT-focused news and information organization. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit or interact with the Faytuks Network website, including our articles, comment features, embedded third-party content, analytics, advertising, and related services.

By using the site, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Contact Information

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices, you may contact us at:

contact@178.105.32.219

2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Faytuks Network website and related site features.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, services, or content that may be linked, embedded, or otherwise made available through our site, including but not limited to X, YouTube, Telegram, Patreon, map providers, analytics providers, and advertising partners. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

3. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

Information you provide directly.
If you post a comment, contact us by email, or otherwise communicate with us, you may provide information such as your name or display name, email address, comment content, and any other information you choose to include.

Information collected automatically.
When you use the site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, approximate location inferred from IP, referring pages, pages viewed, dates and times of visits, interactions with content, and similar log and diagnostic information.

Cookie and similar technology data.
We and third parties may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the site, understand usage, measure performance, remember preferences, detect abuse, and deliver or measure advertising. Google states that Analytics tags use cookies and similar identifiers to measure user interaction, and that site owners need to inform users about stored information and give them the opportunity to grant or deny consent.

Advertising-related data.
Because we use Google AdSense, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, personalize, and measure ads, subject to applicable settings, consent signals, and local legal requirements. Google requires publishers to disclose cookie use for advertising purposes.

4. How We Use Information

We may use information we collect to:

  • operate, maintain, and improve the site;
  • publish and manage comments;
  • respond to messages, inquiries, and requests;
  • understand readership, traffic, engagement, and site performance;
  • detect, investigate, and prevent spam, abuse, fraud, security incidents, and misuse;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service;
  • display, personalize, measure, and support advertising;
  • maintain the integrity, reliability, and security of our systems.

5. Comments and Public Content

If commenting is enabled, information you choose to submit in a comment may be visible to the public. Please do not post sensitive personal information in comments or other public-facing areas of the site.

We may moderate, remove, retain, or restrict comments at our discretion for safety, legal, editorial, anti-spam, or operational reasons.

6. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are visited, how users navigate the site, what devices or browsers are used, and how users interact with our content. Google explains that Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers for measurement and that customers must inform users about the information being stored and provide an opportunity to grant or deny consent where required.

To learn more about how Google handles data in connection with Analytics, users should review Google’s applicable privacy documentation and available browser controls.

7. Advertising

We use Google AdSense and may work with other advertising technologies or partners over time. Ads shown on the site may be contextual or personalized depending on your region, browser settings, consent choices, and third-party platform practices.

Google’s publisher guidance requires websites using AdSense to disclose the use of cookies and related technologies for advertising. Depending on where a visitor is located, consent tools or additional disclosures may also be required under applicable privacy laws. Google also documents Consent Mode as a way tags can respond to users’ consent choices, though it does not itself provide the banner.

We do not control all data practices of third-party advertisers, ad networks, or measurement providers.

8. Third-Party Embeds and External Platforms

Our site may embed or link to content and services from third parties such as X, YouTube, Telegram, maps providers, Patreon, and similar services. When embedded content loads, those third parties may collect information directly from your browser or device, including through cookies, scripts, and tracking technologies, and may combine that information with other data they already have about you.

Your interaction with third-party content is governed by the privacy policies and terms of those third parties, not this Privacy Policy.

9. Legal Bases and Consent

Depending on where you are located, we may rely on one or more legal bases for processing information, including consent, legitimate interests, performance of a request you make, and compliance with legal obligations.

Where consent is required for certain cookies, tags, analytics, or advertising technologies, we intend to rely on the consent choices you provide through the site’s consent tools or browser/device settings, where applicable. Google’s documentation specifically notes that customers need to inform users about stored information and give them the opportunity to grant or deny consent.

10. Cookies and Choices

You may have choices regarding cookies and related technologies.

Depending on your location and how the site is configured, you may be able to manage preferences through a cookie banner or consent management tool. You may also be able to block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that some site functions may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

For advertising controls, users may also use browser settings, device settings, or Google-provided ad settings and opt-out tools where available.

11. How We Share Information

We may share information in the following circumstances:

Service providers and vendors.
We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate the site, such as hosting providers, comment tools, analytics providers, advertising providers, email providers, spam prevention providers, and security vendors.

Legal compliance and protection.
We may disclose information if we believe doing so is necessary or appropriate to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect rights, safety, property, users, the public, or Faytuks Network.

Business or organizational changes.
If Faytuks Network undergoes a transition involving transfer of the website or its operations, information may be transferred as part of that transition, subject to applicable law.

With your direction or consent.
We may share information where you direct us to do so or otherwise consent.

We do not state that we “sell” personal information in the ordinary sense of exchanging it directly for money. However, some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly, and third-party analytics and advertising technologies may fall within those definitions depending on jurisdiction and implementation.

12. International Nature of the Site

Faytuks Network operates internationally. Information may be processed or accessed in countries other than the one where you live, and data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

By using the site, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your place of residence, subject to applicable law.

13. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

  • operate the site;
  • maintain comment records and editorial archives;
  • detect abuse and protect security;
  • comply with legal obligations;
  • resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, legal requirements, operational needs, and the sensitivity of the data.

14. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no website, internet transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. Children’s Privacy

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site. The FTC’s COPPA rule applies to operators of sites directed to children under 13 and to operators with actual knowledge they are collecting personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us at faytuksnetwork@gmail.com, and we will take appropriate steps to review and, where appropriate, delete that information.

16. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights regarding personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent.

If you want to make a privacy request, email faytuksnetwork@gmail.com with enough information for us to evaluate and respond to your request. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. Your rights may be limited by applicable law, security requirements, journalistic exemptions, or other lawful exceptions.

Because Faytuks Network is a news and information publisher, certain data uses or retention practices may be subject to journalistic, freedom-of-expression, security, legal defense, or recordkeeping exceptions where permitted by law.

17. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is not a single universally accepted standard for responding to those signals, the site may not respond to all Do Not Track signals unless required by applicable law.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on the site and update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the site after the revised policy is posted indicates your acknowledgment of the updated policy, to the extent permitted by law.
