Winds in the area are ranging between 10-14 mph. The fire was located at the time of writing at 347 Courtland St, just west of the Passaic River and NJ-21 highway.

As of 7:20 EDT, the fire was still ongoing, with evacuation orders issued and residents in North Arlington, NJ were advised to keep all windows closed until further notice.
